    Hzs series concrete mixing station mixing host is divided into fjs and js series. The shaft end seal of fjs series mixing main engine is added with air pressure shaft end protection device on the basis of js series. the shaft end protection layer is increased from 3 to 4 layers, which makes the mixer work more stable and reliable. The maintenance of the mixing main engine is an effective method to restore its technical performance and prolong its service life. Improper maintenance will reduce reliability, reduce service life and even cause mechanical accidents. 1. requirements for the use of concrete raw materials Hzs series concrete mixing station adopts double horizontal shaft forced mixing main machine, which can mix various hard, fluidity, plasticity, lightweight aggregate concrete and mortar. The suitable aggregate size is not more than 150 mm, among which the aggregate size of 120 ~ 150 mm should not exceed 10 % of the total capacity. 2. cleaning and cleaning of mixing host The mixing host should be cleaned at least once in a working cycle. After the daily production, the mixing machine should be thoroughly cleaned. the method is: during the cleaning process, water and a small amount of stones are put into the mixing machine and stirred for 5 - 10 min. after cleaning, all the materials inside the machine should be removed without accumulated water and materials. Flush the pipe after shutdown to remove dust and adhered concrete inside and outside the mixing tank. In general, js 1000 mixing host adds about 150 - 180 kg of water. other types of host can increase or decrease according to this, or they can bring their own high-pressure water gun to clean up. When flushing the mixing main machine material gate, the phenomenon of foreign material sticking to the material gate caused by the accumulated material washed from the upper part should be avoided. During mixing, if the concrete transport vehicle is not in place for a long time ( more than 20 ~ 30 min, especially in summer ), water should be added to wash the mixer simply. During normal production, the solidification of concrete in the mixing drum and on the mixing shaft shall be checked regularly. if there is condensation, it shall be manually removed as required in a timely manner. Before manually cleaning the mixing drum, the power supply and air circuit must be cut off, the residual air must be drained, and the control room must be locked. When manually cleaning the mixing drum, it is strictly prohibited to strike the mixing shaft, mixing arm and mixing blade violently. 3. maintenance of reducer ( 1 ) use of oil products Recommended oil for mixer main engine reducer: fjs series uses gear oil esso 150 and Mobil 629; Js series uses gear oil as general gear oil. The reducer shall be changed for 100 ~ 150 h after it is first operated or parts are replaced. it can be changed for 2 ~ 3,000 h according to the usage and quality of lubricating oil. Different types of lubricating oil cannot be mixed; The oil level should be checked every month. if the oil level is insufficient, it should be supplemented in time. ( 2 ) matters needing attention Check whether the oil level is reasonable and whether the vent holes are blocked by dirt before starting the machine. If the vent hole is blocked, the pressure in the inner cavity of the reducer increases during operation, which easily extrudes the sealing ring and causes leakage of the reducer. After the reducer is operated for several hours for the first time, the temperature of the casing ( not exceeding 70 ~ 75 ℃ ) and whether the reducer connecting bolts and universal joint connecting bolts are fastened well shall be tested. The mixer shall be tested daily for the first week of use and monthly thereafter. Replace the oil seal when servicing the reducer or when the oil seal is extruded. During replacement, the contact position between the sealing lip and the original sealing lip should be avoided. The motor-driven reducer replaces the oil seal at least once a year. If the reducer is idle for a long time, it should be filled with lubricating oil first. when it is reused, excess oil should be drained to maintain the correct oil level. 4. maintenance of unloading mechanism It is best to use LHM 46 antiwear hydraulic oil, and the oil change period should be determined according to the usage. it is generally recommended to change the hydraulic oil every 6 months, and clean the oil tank, oil suction filter and pipeline. When cleaning the hydraulic system, the environment must be clean and free of dust and other pollution. otherwise, it is easy to cause hydraulic system failure, such as damage to electromagnetic valves and hydraulic cylinders. The system pressure at startup should not exceed 12 MPa. if the pressure is too high, the overflow valve should be adjusted. The sealing strip of the discharge door needs to be replaced if it is worn by more than 1 / 2. Do not use too much force when opening the door with the manual pump to avoid damaging the manual pump. After the manual operation is finished, the handle of the manual electromagnetic reversing valve must also be turned to the middle position, otherwise the discharging door cannot be opened and closed under the automatic production state.
